This company absolutely has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Went to website, logged in, there was a detailed explaination as to what to do about issues with missing, damaged parts. Such as,state issue, let company verify issue, etc. No email that I could easily find to notify company, although there was an address and phone number.

Unfortunately, I registered to see if I could get more info, but it was the same website. Later logged in and it was a different website. Wasted more of my time than the game was worth!

My issue was simple, the shrink wrap on the Large Hero Cards was so tight, that the Batman Hero card was damaged. Yes, it was my fault, I should have been more careful; however, I did not want them to replace it for free, I just wanted to simply ask if I could get a replacement card, which I would have gladly paid for!

Now, I wish that I had never registered with this company, Customer service appears to make the customer jump through so many hoops, that it is not worth pursuing issues.

That being said I think that this is a great game, and I was going to purchase Lord of the Rings. Obviously, that will not happen now.
