I have played about 20 games now and find all the heroes pretty even.Green Lantern is very swingy - I have played games where I just never get three different cards in my hand and games where it happens all the time. He is also very slow - you won't use his ability much in the first half of the game.
Aquaman is very solid - gets you off to a fast start.
Flash really depends on getting those 'draw a card' cards early and if they don't come out then you struggle.
Superman is difficult - we think he is a bit weak because the super powers are generally expensive.
Wonder Woman is solid and fast - drawing extra cards each turn is very good.
Batman is also very solid.
Cyborg is a bit boring but great in two player when you get two heroes!
