More thoughts after 30+ plays ...Flash is easily the weakest hero. There are simply not enough cards in the game which allow you to draw cards. Cyborg is strictly better only with the drawing ability - there are just more equipment cards around - plus he has the other ability!
Aquaman is super solid - you will always be competitive with him. You should simply buy up the cards your opponent will want.
Wonder Woman, Batman and Superman simply depend on the right cards coming out. They should generally lose to Aquaman in 2 player since Aquaman will buy their cards.
Green Lantern simply depends on you drawing your unique cards together rather than in pairs with punches and vunerabilities.
Cyborg (and Martian Manhunter) are good solid competitive guys.
