His power is easily the worst, but going first is pretty good.The annoying thing is how inconsistent it is. There is a LOT of equipment, but not so much that draws you cards. I did play a game earlier with two Locations, though, and... That was pretty crazy.
Would have still been far crazier with Cyborg. Cyborg > The Flash. Significantly.
