Do you see this as a co-op game? The object of the game is to gain the most victory points and keep your fellow heros from getting as many. Using a villan to slow down thier progress seems like a a good plan to me.

Of course I prefer not to play co-ops so dinging my fellow gamers is no problem with me.

I don't see it as a co-op, since it's not meant to be so. But I uderstand some players' argument that a Villain in YOUR "Hero" deck attacking another "Hero" doesn't make sense thematically.

That's why I choose to see it as a Villains escaping capture and wreaking havock (instead of being contolled by your Hero). They just "happen" to only pick on your opponent, in my mind's scenario.

That's my somewhat warped rationale, anyway. And again--It's a game that's just supposed to be fun, as others have mentioned here. :)
