Having played DC Deckbuilding for the first time yesterday, I came here to see what the general opinions about the game balance were. I played as Wonder Woman, and I thought I had a really good engine going. I collected most of the Suicide Squads, I got Penguin to help filter them into my hand, and Zatanna to help me draw them together when I got to the bottom of my deck. I even managed to get the Princess Diana card! Despite all that, though, I came in third place (out of four players total) against players with more Power-centered decks. I felt like the game ends too quickly for a card-drawing engine to really take off--for example, I grabbed an Arkham Asylum but the game ended very shortly afterward. If Wonder Woman's strength depends on the right cards coming out, what kind of combination would have been better than what I managed?
