Okay, current problems.Problem one: Super Hero costs are too low, especially when you consider the rule that lets players use "vulnerability" to lower a super hero's cost. This effectively gives players a hand of 5 power each turn, and most of the super heroes have costs of 5 or less.
Possible solution: add +4 to each super hero's cost.
Now, players could decide to keep the game using the normal rules and just play as super-villains. Problem: this requires Darkseid, Sinestro, Deathstroke, and Captain Cold to have different powers. Plus, I still need to test all the powers against each other to make sure none of them are overpowered.
Possible solution: still working on new powers/balancing powers...
First couple plays are working out well; just got to keep working away it.
