Something clearly needs to be done to buff up Flash. I like this idea, but I'm thinking it perhaps should only apply if he didn't use his main ability to draw an extra card when drawing cards during his current hand. This way Flash is using his special ability every hand, but not twice (drawing an extra card to his current hand and then drawing six cards on his next hand). I think that would just smooth it out a little. Also, maybe change the ability from "draw an extra card" to "you may draw an extra card" to give the player the option of taking an extra card this hand or saving it for the next hand, basically.
