Green Lantern Corps is cool, but it feels odd that another Hero won't help it, when it feels like having a bunch of allies is what it ought to represent.
Blue Lantern Ring is interesting for not replacing itself as a Defense.
Regeneration is nifty, like an enhanced Nth Metal (although it doesn't have the Power Ring-enhancing capability that Nth Metal does). I like it.
Feels a little weird that it's not also a Defense though.
Coast City is FREE?!
Arkillo is, again, too powerful for cost. He's cheaper than Grodd, who only gives a flat +3 Power. He should either give less Power or cost more.
Qward is really weird, but would certainly change gameplay.
Star Sapphire is overpowered, but her effect is neat.

Oh...whoops, completely forgot to change that when I was using the template. Coast City should be 5. Ferris Aircraft was actually planned to be 4 Cost.
As for GL Corps, that effect was already taken by the Kilowog Hero card.
And yes, I think Blue Lantern Ring is okay for its cost despite it being a situational Lobo because it doesn't replace itself.
What I wanted with Regeneration was a cheaper, less luck based way of destroying cards, as Nth Metal is the only one under 5.
Gorilla Grodd also gives an extra VP. But I see your point, so I'll tweak the numbers a bit. What I wanted most out of the card was a way to bring back destroyed Weaknesses, considering it's fairly easy to get through the Weakness stack, and with the added destruction, I think it should be cycled a bit.
Qward was pretty much a color matching thing. Yellow Lanterns, yellow cards.
I'm not quite sure about Star Sapphire because she's a situational Black Manta. She costs 2 more and will give 2 more Power if (admittedly easy) conditions are met. But because she does have that condition and drops from a very strong card to essentially a overpriced Catwoman, I think it's okay.
Thanks again for commenting on the cards, really interesting to see others' reactions to them.
