One thing I thought of is, you cannot have the heroes with "attack" on them. That's a villain ability. You can have them with an ability but they should not be something that effects others in a negative way. I don't think any of the "heroes" in the base set have any abilities which negatively effect opponents.
The most important thing is to find a way to re word the heroes b/c they really shouldn't have attacks on them.

That's a good point, I will reword the Heroes that have attacks on them, perhaps make the Attack part of a Superpower instead.

Also be careful that any attacks that are played by players in the game are not TOO brutal. Right now the LOTR game is getting some bad press by gamers b/c it's too random and brutal. It's ok to have attacks but they shouldn't be too swing-y.
Are there any attacks that seem too brutal? I have tried to include cards that would help defend against some of the more nasty elements. Can you specify which attacks could upset the "feeling" of the game so I can take a look?
Thanks for the feedback.
