I don't find him overpowered. It makes for interesting decisions if you can capture a supervillain or take MoS instead. I would much rather see new cards that move the game further rather than fixing what is not broken. Therefore, I don't want to waste expansion space with that. If they want to make a card available for dissatisfied people outside the expansion, I'm cool with that.↧
