Turn stealing in a deck building game is overpowered. The most basic element of game balance for such games is that each player has an equal chance (in principle- I know that it matters which/how many cards the player before you buys) of getting first opportunity to buy good cards. Also, the middle/late phase of this game is characterized by alternating turns when everyone's hand is devastated by super-villian and individual card attacks and turns when players have powerful hands from highly evolved decks. Turn stealing would allow the Flash player to "cut the line" and play twice in a row just to get his hand played before the next attack.
