if Anti Monitor forces someone to have to throw up a Super Villain in the line up (OUCH!) does Green Arrow's Bow still chop 2 points off the cost? Wondering since taking cards from the line up is often referred to as 'gaining' and taking Super Villains is referred to (and referred in the bows card) as 'defeating'. My assumption was that you would still take 2 of since the card is still a Super Villain, even though it was placed into the regular line up by Anti Monitor's first appearance.
