I see where you might be going with this but I don't think so.The main problem with Dominion right now is not the variety it's that the DBG genre has passed it by. There is a reason no one uses things like "one action, one buy", and that's b/c it clunky and a barrier to players. All DBG's now have the "you have it you can use it", with some slight variations to it as well.
Also Dominion (and others with the whole 10 cards in the middle to choose from) is not really a game, anymore, it's a glorified puzzle.
FWIW, I still like Dominion, but DC is about 10x as pleasant and fun to play then dominion is.
