K,Thanks for putting this together; it looks pretty neat.
One minor suggestion, since it wasn't stated explicitly, and this is a variant, so it could be different.
Before I printed it, I added a fifth step to the Setup:
5. The player selects a Super Hero and starts with a player deck of 7 Punches and 3 Vulnerabilities.
Also, one question, since the way it's written, it seems like it could be different than how it's played in a standard game...

Are you resolving the On Reveal attack each turn? Or only when it's flipped (and it's not the first turn)? The ways it's written, I could read it to resolve the On Reveal each turn.
If you are only resolving on flip, probably better to spell it out, so as to avoid any confusion. Maybe like this:
4. If it is not the first turn and the top card of the Super-Villain stack is face down, flip it and resolve the Supervillain's On Reveal attack.
And you could even add something like this in parentheses, to make it really clear "(Super-Villain's On Reveal attack is only executed once per Super-Villain.)"
