Could be okay, but pretty likely to be niche, as most of the things that destroy stuff are deck-thinning, rather than something bad.
Ability distrupter- when a foe plays a card on their turn with an ability, discard this card to negate The Ability. (power from the card That Was Negated still remains)
That just sounds awful.
