I'm currently in the process of re-balancing the base game (and hopefully Heroes Unite), and I've come across a bit of a stumbling point. I'm having trouble balancing the original Super Heroes, as I've felt some were far ahead of others in terms of their abilities. My biggest problem is that some SHs, like Superman, don't have a fixed amount of Power one could gain, while SHs like Cyborg are limited to +1 Power and a one card draw.I could either create abilities that mimic Superman's and Wonder Woman's and have unlimited potential or create abilities that have a limited outcome. What are everyone's thoughts on balancing the original 8 Super Heroes (and possibly the 8 from Heroes Unite)?
