I don't own Heroes Unite, so I won't be able to rework any of those cards unless I can find the text online somewhere.

1. Darkseid - You should discard these cards from your hand. I've clarified it in the text of the main post.

2. Wonder Woman (and Arkham Asylum, etc.) - A villain is only defeated when you spend power to defeat it, use a card that removes the villain from play, or defeat a super-villain and remove a villain from play as part of defeating the super-villain (that is, both the super-villain and the villain you defeat for free both count for Wonder Woman's ability).

When a villain falls off the end of the track, the villain has attacked and then retreated, so it is not defeated.

3. J'onn J'onzz - You may choose any one of the available options that a Super-villain card offers, but only one. I added that clause to deal with instances like Darkseid, which offers two options for +Power value, though one with a cost. I've clarified it in the text of the main post.
