Raven was made by my girlfriend. The point of her is to screw over an opponent when they pull of an amazing multi-point combo.
Beastie is for funsies.
Zatanna does need to be limited. She can pile Super Villains on the bottom as she is. She doesn't have the cost limit Aquaman does, nor does she have the vulnerability of having top-decks discarded by Attacks.
Well, if Bizarro couldn't buy them, then he probably wouldn't get very many. It's not like you're guaranteed to get the Bizarro card with him. Also, it's basically just a way of changing Weaknesses into Kicks.
Riddler can be activated by any opponent.
