Personally I prefer the one here on BGG by Locarno using the Crisis on Infinite Earths artwork.
We use the "extra" line-up space (for use with Matt Hyra's variant) as the place for the Crisis cards when we play with the Crisis expansion and ignore that space when playing with the normal game.
At the "orignal" file size the image is large enough to get a great print out from. I have mine printed on vinyl and roll it up into my storage tube where I keep all my play mat and maps.
I know Locarno could get it printed for you for much cheaper than that but I suspect that shipping from Canada to the US would make it more expensive than you'd like (you should ask him if it's something he would consider). However, I'm sure Kinkos or some other copy shop should be able to print it out for you.
He even did another one for the Crisis expansion. He did a fantastic job with it - even using the Crisis logo from the game, but I think I still prefer his original but I'm not sure yet. They are both great!
