Well, as far as simplicity is concerned, I have taken all three components (DC, HU, and Cr) and have combined them doing one simple thing. I have made the entire main deck out of singletons of all the cards; a sort of Highlander- "there can be only one" approach. That is, there are no multiples of any of the cards in the main deck. The only exception are cards where multiples matter (Suicide Squad, Manhunters, and Starbolts). With this set up, you still have 144 cards (if I counted right) in the main deck, which is approximately what you should have had if you put the Crisis deck into one complete version of either DC or HU.The mechanics seem spot on and there is a huge variety that comes out. There is still a great amount of interplay and combos within this card set. And you still have great mechanics with things like the lantern centric card play from HU.
