Any card you put into your hand you can play. Bat Signal and Robin as much as you like, to put cards in your hand and get power.

Purchase cards go into your discard pile, unless the card says otherwise. When you can't draw a card from your deck, shuffle your discard pile as a new deck and continue drawing.
