There are no tournament rules, and none are really needed. The regular rules work fine for tournies. The only issue is fair Super Hero dispersal.What we do at conventions is this:
Place the 7-8 Super-Heroes face up in the middle of the table. Randomly determine the Start Player. That player removes one SH and throws it back into the box. Then in clockwise order from him, each other player does the same.
When the last player has removed a character from the game, he then picks one of the remaining to play. Then in counter-clockwise order from him, the rest of the players each choose a SH to play.
The Start player then gets to go first in the game.
