I have been using SWAN PANASIA SWN-043 sleeves (77mm x 128mm). They were made for Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation Deluxe Edition but fit the Super-Hero cards fine (have to cut off about an inch of extra material). These were great since it looks and feels just like the ULTRA-PRO PRO-FIT sleeves I use for all the standard size cards. Instead of cutting them though you could fold it over and tape the excess to the back if you don't want an open end.SWAN SWN-043 Sleeves (100 sleeves for 3.99 + S&H)
