3. Add some randomly distributed goals for each player (one person has to help another beat a boss; one has to beat their hero's rough's gallery first before selecting others; one person has to recruit two heroes that are a part of their super-family)

I like this idea. But I think it'd be better implemented as Achievements. So players would compete to be the first to Defeat their Nemesis, Assemble a Super Team, etc. I like how "First To Achieve ____" goals push players into contention.

What I'd like:

1) A better name. "DC Comics Deck-Building Game" is a good tagline. But it's a horrendous title. The name and the enormous DC logo on the cards makes me think the game is more about brand recognition than gameplay.

2) Scaling difficulty of the monsters/enemies/villains. If the game involves combat, it'd be nice if the monsters emerged in ascending difficulty. One of my biggest dislikes of Thunderstone is how games can stagnate from an incredibly difficult monster emerging from the dungeon early game.
