KAM - I think your review is good. I disagree with some of your points, but I think it is a well done review.However - the "attack" value in Legendary is just a second currency. It does not create any sense of combat. You are just buying the card for it's points...it also doesn't make sense that many of the Legendary villain "attacks" help the player. This also kills any idea of combat.
Out of curiosity have you tries the "on patrol" variant? I think it makes the game a little more interesting.
