Reply: DC Comics Deck-Building Game:: General:: Re: House Rules and playgroup adjustments.

by DrNate

I read the rules a few times as I try to decide if I want to buy the game (I think I could make an informed decision if I could see it played, hope somebody makes a video of that some day). What struck me is the lack of a mechanic for passing your turn in exchange for removing undesirable cards in hand from play. Thunderstone and Legendary have mechanics like this, and I was hoping to see something similar.

If I ever have the game and a play group, I hope they will consider the Atrocitus rule: If he comes to the top of the pile (and he isn't the last super villain in the stack), I get to take the first shot at defeating him, because I like Atrocitus and I want him in my deck.
