Granted, this is a solo game, but I just had a pretty amazing combo as Wonder Woman. With The Watchtower, The Batcave, Titans Tower, and Fortress of Solitude already out, I drew a hand of six from the previous round: Kid Flash, Lex Luthor, Power Ring, Starro, Atrocitus, and Heat Vision.I use Kid Flash first to draw Dark Knight, drawing a Kick and Robin because of Titans Tower and The Watchtower. I use Dark Knight which nets me Green Arrow's Bow, Power Ring, Aquaman's Trident, and Batmobile, leaving just Supergirl by her lonesome. I then play my Kick to get King of Atlantis through Fortress of Solitude. Then I used Power Ring to reveal Poison Ivy then then draw her due to The Batcave.
Then I play my Lex Luthor, drawing 3 cards: The Anti-Monitor, Solomon Grundy, and The Cape and Cowl. Along with Supergirl, another one came on the table, with X-Ray Vision, Scarecrow, and Bizarro, as I play with the On-Patrol variant. This meant that Scarecrow attacked me, but I discard The Cape and Cowl to draw another two cards, which happened to be another The Cape and Cowl and The Bat Signal.
After, I used Robin to get The Bat Signal from my discard pile, used that to get Princess Diana of Themyscira. But before I used her, I used The Anti-Monitor's effect to destroy X-Ray Vision and the twin Supergirls, drawing Super Speed, The Riddler, and Suicide Squad. A great draw for Princess Diana, which I then used, leaving behind Super Speed.
I used the other Bat Signal to get The Fastest Man Alive and played him to get Blue Beetle and Harley Quinn. I then flipped over Utility Belt, Green Arrow, Cheetah, and Emerald Knight. Because I play solo, I modified Starro's attack to let me play the top 2 cards of the main deck, which were The Riddler and Man of Steel. I played Man of Steel, but it only got me Super Strength, also playing The Riddler's special effect.
I use 15 of my Power to buy Emerald Knight, Green Arrow, Super Speed and Utility Belt. I then flipped again to reveal The Riddler, Man of Steel, Kid Flash and Catwoman. I then buy Cheetah, The Riddler, and Man of Steel. I flip once more. Green Arrow, Arkham Asylum, and Nth Metal. I use my last 5 power to get Arkham Asylum.
To any keeping count, that's 33 power used, 16 cards gains/bought, and 21 cards used (23 if you count Starro's ability).
