Flash's ability does seem like the weakest. Getting to go first and maybe getting to draw a card is nothing compared to Green Lantern's +3 power that you're likely to get every turn or Aquaman's ability to put the cards you just bought right on top of your deck (the best ability in my opinion).
I'm also a little disappointed that Batman's not better. I've seen someone else say that it can get really good but I guess I just haven't had a game with him yet that I was able to get enough equipment to really make it go.
I do think though that with how chaotic the game can be already, a person's superhero shouldn't determine the victor, at least not very often.
