Good to know, I looked into some hero balance house rules but didn't think of locations, that could help a lot because in every game where one character gets an early location and the others don't the win percentage is 90%+ in our games so far.

We like to write down the winners name in the box and the date and a little jab at the other players so we can have something to look back on for a laugh, right now our box lid has wins for

We play 4 player games mostly and the hero spread has been pretty decent, Green Lantern is in the majority of those games and has only finished second once. The Flash hasn't been played a ton I will admit, only 4 games but he was last in all of them.
So from our experience the heroes are anything but balanced
