Well, I think a combined Rest/Prepare would be quite powerful. I'm not a huge fan of "Prep" actions, because i think if the game is otherwise balanced, and you're building your deck well (assuming the other mechanics are there), it shouldn't be required, but that's just a mild preference.

It could be quite handy for getting your deck running, but notably it gives you no option to gain valuable stuff. In terms of point gain, the best it can do is get rid of a Weakness. If done right, it can set you up for a great turn. If not, it's just a turn where you didn't get cool stuff.
