The former. And Jaime's particularly lucky when it comes to card draw, so things that let him draw cards are more useful than things that give him Power. ;)
I did lost my first 2 game to my brother using Flash. He's a newbie to the whole DBG thing, and I'm a veteran (if mostly against computer on my PC) Dominion player.
He proclaim Flash as he's favorite hero. That is, until I crush him in all the later games.
