Okay guys, my playgroup seems to have woefully misunderstood how this power works...

Since the power says "The first time a card tells you to draw..."
Shouldn't that mean that I can get an extra card draw from Kid flash, then another extra card draw for The fastest man alive, AND for kicking off a location that allows a card draw.
I read that as "Each card that says draw... gives you an extra draw."
I don't actually see the interpretation you guys are talking about with just the first card each turn. Has there been a Cryptozoic ruling on this one? If so, where?
Thematically, it makes much more sense if the Flash flies through his deck faster than anyone else. He only sputters out if you don't have enough draw cards in the right intervals or get stuffed full of weakness cards.
