Thread: DC Comics Deck-Building Game:: Rules:: Question about the official Rules.

I have been reading the rulebook for the base game; my questions here pertain to my confusions about it.

-Once you have purchased the core game, and a few of the pending expansions, you would have a lot of cards. Probably too many to leave
in a pile on a table or even the floor for a "main deck" pile. Certainly beyond the system in the Heroes Unite rules to all put together. What would happen beyond the release point of right now? What will be the official number of cards for a main deck?

You draw new cards from your own deck, not from the main deck.

-So there is yet one more deck. It doesn't seem to be referred to by a name. What is it called? The Personal Deck? The Starter Deck? Does each player have their own separate one? Is this "Starting Deck" generally the one that you draw hand cards from at the start of one's turn?

-Does each player have their own independent discard pile, or not? Is there a line-up row for each player, or one line-up row for all players?

The power cost is on each card in the bottom right-hand corner

Is this the number inside the black circle? Do super hero cards, or cards without this number printed, count as having a power cost of zero?

-I know that super-villains have two modes of attack. How do you defeat a super villain, either when revealed on the super-villain stack, or played later? When played later from someone's hand, does the villain only apply against the other player, then?

-Consider some of the text on Sinestro: "Reveal the top card of the main deck. If it's a Hero, Power +3 and then destroy it. Otherwise, put it in your hand".

Does this power bonus apply to Sinestro, or the drawn Hero card? When a villain card is played from hand, is this during an attack on the villain only (is it the case that villain cards don't get played as a player bonus under any circumstances)?

-Is there a card title list of all cards released for this DC deck building game, from the base game and all present releases, on the internet? Where is it?
